At JLL, we're committed to hiring the best talent and empowering them to thrive in a dynamic environment. As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, Leasing, you'll play a vital role in supporting the success of our Retail Leasing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Leasing Leadership Team, including SVP and VPs.
  • Compile and provide critical data on Tenant Sales and Category Sales to maximize property performance.
  • Maintain accurate leasing status reports and records for potential tenants of new and existing properties.
  • Update and manage leasing activity plans for shopping centers.
  • Collaborate with and assist Shopping Centre Managers in the region.
  • Initiate follow-up calls with retailers regarding proposal letters, legal documents, and other important documentation.
  • Prepare property packages for Tenant pitch decks, including property sales reports and occupancy statistics.
  • Participate in meetings with retailers and track opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, including ICSC conferences, conference calls, and group meetings/events.
  • Assist with travel coordination for team members, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.
  • Manage leadership team calendars, correspondence, and meeting logistics.
  • Take notes and minutes during meetings and circulate them as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a corporate setting.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with retail leasing and lease reading is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to connect quickly with individuals and influence and motivate them effectively.
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, initiative, and decisiveness.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Yardi Systems is a plus.
