Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Leasing Coordinator to join our team at Artisan Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the leasing process, ensuring timely and efficient execution of lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the leasing process, including negotiating lease agreements and ensuring timely execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including lease agreements, rent rolls, and other relevant documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
