Portfolio and Lease Administration Director

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio and Lease Administration Director to join our team at Rogers in Toronto, ON. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of all functions and requirements in Lease Administration and Property Tax management.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play an integral role on the team supporting the Senior Director - Corporate Real Estate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct management of the outsourced team dedicated to the delivery of lease administration services
  • Regular governance and performance management (KPIs, SLAs) of our outsourced service partner in lease administration
  • Execution of any estoppel requests received
  • Annual lease expense budgeting and periodic forecast updates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A college or university education
  • Experience in a Real Estate Services organization/department/environment is an asset
  • Experience with a focus on lease administration is a strong asset
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively solve problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to learn and use software to analyze data and generate reports
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills
