Manage Budgets and FinancesPrepare and manage budgets and financial reports to ensure the hotel is operating within budget and making a profit.
Market and Promote the HotelDevelop and implement marketing plans to promote our hotel and attract new guests.
Ensure Guest SatisfactionEnsure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements- Education
A degree in hospitality or a related field is required.
ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel management role is required.
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills are required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands of this role include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
