Hotel Operations Manager

At Comfort Inn Belleville, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and be able to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and negotiating with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. They will also be responsible for conducting training sessions, negotiating with clients for the use of facilities, and preparing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
In addition, the Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for preparing marketing plans, implementing marketing activities, arranging for and overseeing maintenance activities, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns. They will also be responsible for assisting clients/guests with special needs, developing and implementing business plans, establishing work schedules, managing events, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to handle a large workload.
