Job Title: Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn Belleville. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality hotel operations.
  • Operations: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize hotel performance.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain guests, negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The Hotel Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
