Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn Belleville. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train hotel staff to ensure excellent service delivery
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards
  • Guest Services
    • Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage hotel budgets and forecasts
    • Monitor and control expenses to achieve financial targets
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
