Automobile Dealership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automobile Dealership Manager to join our team at 2678642 Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Automobile Dealership Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dealership, including managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and direct a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the dealership's financial stability.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
