Automobile Dealership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Dealership Manager to join our team at 2678642 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our dealership, including sales, service, and parts departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of sales, service, and parts staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including vehicles, parts, and accessories.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement price and credit policies to ensure that the dealership remains competitive in the market.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the dealership's profitability.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the dealership runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, electronic schedulers, accounting software, word processing software, database software, project management software, inventory control software, business diagram software, computerized bookkeeping systems, electronic mail, and spreadsheets.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, sitting, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
