Job Title: Automobile Dealership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automobile Dealership Manager to join our team at 2678642 Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Automobile Dealership Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dealership, including sales, service, and parts departments. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient and effective dealership operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure high-quality customer service and sales performance
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
