Automobile Dealership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automobile Dealership Manager to join our team at 2678642 Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Automobile Dealership Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dealership, including managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including procurement and inventory management.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the dealership's profitability.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize point of sale systems, electronic schedulers, accounting software, and other technology to manage dealership operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
