Job Summary:

The Automobile Dealership Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dealership, including sales, service, and parts departments. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of sales, service, and parts staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including pricing and credit policies.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the profitability of the dealership.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or management.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and technology.
