Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDC Sales Representative to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Utilize dealership call scripts and templates to communicate effectively with customers
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with customers
  • Update CRM with customer information and activity
  • Stay up-to-date on dealership processes and procedures
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the automotive service industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer and leadership skills
