Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDC Sales Representative to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
  • Utilize dealership call scripts and templates to ensure consistent and professional communication
  • Update CRM with customer information and appointment details
  • Study products and services to enhance knowledge and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in outbound campaigns and marketing initiatives as assigned by the BDC Manager
  • Collaborate with the BDC Manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the automotive service industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer and leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
