Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers through telephone and email to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries.
  • Utilize dealership call scripts to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
  • Schedule, log, and confirm appointments with customers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.
  • Update the CRM with information regarding all verbal communication with customers.
  • Study products and services to continually enhance your ability to assist customers.
  • Complete necessary certification tests to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge.
  • Perform all outbound campaigns as periodically assigned by the BDC Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the automotive service industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid OMVIC license or be willing to attain one.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, and bonus earnings.***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
