Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDC Sales Representative to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, scheduling appointments, and utilizing dealership call scripts to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers through telephone and email to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries.
- Utilize dealership call scripts to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
- Schedule, log, and confirm appointments with customers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.
- Update the CRM with information regarding all verbal communication with customers.
- Study products and services to continually enhance your ability to assist customers.
- Complete necessary certification tests to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge.
- Perform all outbound campaigns as periodically assigned by the BDC Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the automotive service industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid OMVIC license or be willing to attain one.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer and leadership skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, and bonus earnings.***
Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
