We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our Dealer Management System (DMS) software.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of DMS software in the North American retail automotive industry. As a Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer, you will be working closely with our customers to ensure they have a seamless experience with our software. Your primary responsibility will be to provide training and support to our customers on our DMS software, with a focus on the accounting module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional training and support to our customers on our DMS software, with a focus on the accounting module.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our DMS software and its features.
  • Work closely with our customers to identify and resolve any issues they may be experiencing with our software.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and training.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with our customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are being met or exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS is an asset.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management & organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month; proof of valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) and valid full class driver's license is required.
