Job Title: Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of DMS solutions in the North American retail automotive industry. As a Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing training and support to customers on our DMS software
  • Assisting customers with virtual training, online and on the phone
  • Assisting customers onsite in person with new software install training
  • Developing a deep understanding of our DMS software and its features
  • Providing excellent support to our customers in our software
  • Working directly with customers and training all sessions in assigned silo and if possible other silos
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with customers, identifying customer needs and ensuring they are being met or exceeded
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing) and has a strong background in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS. You should have:

  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
