Job Title: Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS software and its various modules.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to new and existing customers, both virtually and on-site.
  • Assist customers with data entry and other key tasks, ensuring seamless integration with our software.
  • Complete the payroll module with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Become an expert in software installation, able to complete installations without assistance.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, working independently with minimal direction from Team Leads.
  • Take the initiative to learn new products and expand your knowledge to provide exceptional support to our customers.
  • Provide top-notch support to our customers, navigating our DMS software to address their needs.
  • Work closely with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external training requests.
  • Investigate and escalate issues to the corresponding teams, documenting all interactions.
  • Maintain a positive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing within the DTO team.
  • Update documentation as processes change within the department.
  • Commit to ongoing education and cross-training, staying up-to-date with the latest software developments.
  • Monitor the DTO queue, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Be willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS is an asset.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month, requiring a valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) and a full-class driver's license.
