Job Title: Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers on our DMS software.
  • Provide virtual training, online, and on-the-phone support to customers leading up to the implementation of our software.
  • Assist customers onsite in person with new software install training, as required.
  • Learn and develop an understanding of our software, including data entry and other key tasks.
  • Complete the payroll module and become an install resource without assistance.
  • Prioritize tasks without direction from Team Leads and take the initiative to learn new products to increase knowledge.
  • Provide excellent support to customers in our software and navigate our DMS to better assist customers.
  • Work directly with customers and train all sessions in assigned silos and other silos, as possible.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying customer needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner and write up tickets and investigate issues that arise.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment and share knowledge within own silo and others within the DTO team.
  • Maintain documentation and update as processes change within the department.
  • Commit to ongoing education and cross-training and ensure the DTO queue is monitored.
  • Be willing to go the extra mile and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS is an asset.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
