Job Overview

The Multi-Service Center Manager plays a pivotal role in the success and operation of our residence's multi-service center. As the primary point of contact for business partners and service users, you will be responsible for prospecting customers and partners, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all activities resulting from the proper operation of the center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with partner files and quality standards
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction objectives
  • Develop existing services by optimizing partner visibility
  • Establish intervention plans and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Organize and coordinate CMS events
  • Participate in market development activities and stay up-to-date on job market opportunities
  • Solicit potential clients to consolidate business relationships

Requirements
  • High school diploma with experience in sales and customer service
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Holds a valid driver's license
  • Experience in personnel management is an asset
