As a key member of our team, the Multi-Service Center Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our multi-service center. This position is responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with business partners and service users, while also driving customer satisfaction and quality standards.



Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure compliance with partner files, including accreditations and insurance.
  • Monitor CMS quality standards, focusing on customer service and physical locations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction objectives, targeting residents and partners alike.
  • Develop existing services by optimizing partner visibility.
  • Establish intervention plans as needed.
  • Foster relationships with potential clients and CMS partners.
  • Maintain accurate CMS data through regular updates.
  • Organize and coordinate CMS events.
  • Participate in market development activities and stay abreast of job market opportunities.
  • Contribute to the management committee to improve processes.
  • Solicit potential clients through targeted outreach.


Requirements


  • High school diploma with experience in sales and customer service.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Experience in personnel management is an asset.
