Key Accountabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated French Bilingual Contact Center Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients through various communication channels.

  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and guidance to customers.
  • Ensure customer/partner problems are handled appropriately and escalate issues when necessary.
  • May identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers/partners to internal Bank partners.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to customers and internal partners.
  • Provide solutions to problems in customer situations that are atypical or infrequent.

As a French Bilingual Contact Center Representative II, you will contribute to the achievement of business objectives by identifying advice opportunities and referrals, enabling business growth.

Breadth & Depth

As a French Bilingual Contact Center Representative II, you will require developed knowledge and skills to offer service and advice for a range of product and services.

  • Require a broad knowledge and understanding of the full product suite, services, and processes of the business area.
  • Provide exceptional inbound and/or outbound service and/or advice support to customers/partners on a range of moderately complex financial products and services.
Experience & Education

We are looking for candidates with a High School diploma, Undergraduate degree, and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
