Junior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Office Coordinator to join our team at HNG Holdings Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule appointments and meetings for management and staff, ensuring timely confirmation and follow-up.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Compilation and Reporting: Accurately compile data, statistics, and other information as required by management.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience
