Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events while confirming details with relevant parties.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Compensation and Benefits

As an Office Operations Coordinator, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $35,000 to $45,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
