About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Eastern Region of Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Eastern Region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure comprehensive coverage of motor opportunities
  • Support collaborations with other ABB business lines to leverage existing customer relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of proven track record in sales, service sales, or strategic business development in the Quebec/Atlantic market
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer accounts and sales strategy
  • Good knowledge of the motor industry and motor channel types, as well as experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
  • Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills
