Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and coach staff performance to meet high standards.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and inventory management.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability and dependability.
This role is based in an urban area, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to stand for extended periods.
