Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at HS Restaurant Holdings. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate daily restaurant operations, monitor staff performance, and plan and organize daily tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and balance cash and record sales.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, provide feedback and coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Urban area with public transportation available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
- Free Parking: Available on site.

- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
