Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at HS Restaurant Holdings. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily restaurant operations, monitor staff performance, and plan and organize daily tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and balance cash and record sales.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, provide feedback and coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Urban area with public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
