- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Equivalent experience in a related field.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will be working in an urban area with public transportation available.
