Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at HS Restaurant Holdings. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and quality
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including scheduling and inventory management
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Supervise staff and provide guidance on customer service and food safety procedures
- Train staff on new procedures and policies
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
- Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Equivalent experience may be considered
Our restaurant is located in an urban area and is easily accessible by public transportation. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. Staff are required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
