Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and analyze daily sales, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and record sales to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Urban area.
