Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Sales and Corporate Services divisions as Vice-President, Sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and retention in the healthcare and corporate services sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, designing complex solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and retention in the healthcare and corporate services sectors
  • Design and implement complex solutions to meet client needs and drive business results
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and legal teams to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and achieve business results

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior sales roles, preferably in B2B and B2C healthcare and business environments
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong strategic and operational agility, with a clear understanding of the market and the ability to translate marketing insights into winning propositions
  • Proven ability to create and operationalize long-term strategic plans
  • Innovative leader with a growth mindset
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams throughout the global network
