About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Legal Specialist to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's business operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and Negotiate Commercial Agreements: You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements and legal documents to ensure they align with IKEA's business objectives.
  • Support Business Operations: You will work closely with management and other stakeholders to ensure the company's business operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Legal Developments: You will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with relevant international and local legal and governance developments, including changes in international, domestic, and case laws and regulations.
