Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Potwasher to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen equipment, service equipment, and banquet plate set-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards.
  • Work efficiently to ensure that all service and culinary staff have the equipment they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Assist culinary staff with dish-ups and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure banquet plate set-ups are accurate and completed daily, meeting the high standards of our culinary department.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Cantina and ensure that Cantina dishes are cleaned and restocked.
  • Monitor and maintain supplies, reporting any shortages or concerns to management.
  • Report any maintenance concerns or guest issues to the relevant departments.
Requirements
  • Previous stewarding or kitchen experience is preferred.
  • Must be flexible with working hours and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English, written and verbal.
  • Must be capable of standing and walking for long periods of time.
  • Must be capable of bending, kneeling, and climbing a ladder.
