Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Panjabi Foods Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Organized and a team player.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area and will be required to work 30 to 40 hours per week. Parking is available on site.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
