About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Inventory Management

Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all staff members are trained to meet the highest standards.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive a positive experience, responding promptly to complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Financial Management

Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.

Health and Safety

Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales.

Requirements
  • Education

Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.

Language

Fluent in English.
