Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Patient Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services, including:
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
- Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Processing and maintaining accurate patient records
- Coordinating patient tests and results
- Providing general administrative support
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Patient Service Coordinator, you will require:
- Grade 12 and completion of a recognized Nursing Unit Clerk program
- One year of recent experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
