Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at YashCan Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Personal Suitability:
We are looking for a candidate with efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, and reliability. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is required. The successful candidate will have the ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week in a permanent position with a language of work in English.
