Job Summary

The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Wealth Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting our Advisors in executing their Wealth Management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare Wealth Management meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client service.
  • Provide proactive client service, focusing on problem resolution and attention to detail, while liaising with various departments as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries (account transactions, requests for tax receipts, account reporting, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners, maintaining accurate records and up-to-date client files.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Advisor team to maintain and update team communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certifications or equivalent experience.
  • Proven skills in providing world-class client service, demonstrating professionalism, warmth, and friendliness.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities industry.
