Job Opportunity

RBC Dominion Securities is seeking a highly skilled Associate to provide exceptional administrative support to a successful Advisory Team. This role offers a unique chance to deepen client relationships and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients and prospects.
  2. Provide proactive client service, focusing on problem resolution and attention to detail.
  3. Respond to client inquiries, including account transactions, requests for tax receipts, and account reporting.
  4. Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding and manage incoming communications.
  5. Maintain existing client accounts, identify opportunities to contact clients, and manage timelines and key dates for accounts.
  6. Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  1. Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
  2. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  3. High-level time management and organization skills.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
