Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant at DCC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support services to senior managers and program leaders, ensuring seamless business operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating and providing administrative support, orienting and guiding other administrative assistants, proofreading and reviewing documents, and managing data entry and tracking budgets.

To excel in this role, you should have a college diploma in business or office administration, or a related field, with a minimum of five years' relevant experience. You should also have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required, and previous experience in accounting is preferred.
