Project Coordinator Role

The Project Coordinator is a vital member of our Business Operations and Planning team, responsible for ensuring seamless project administration and execution.

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with project managers and internal teams to coordinate projects and maintain data accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Subscription Product Setup: Collaborate with the Project Management Operations (PMO) to implement new subscription products, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • ERP System Maintenance: Perform routine tasks in ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite) to maintain data accuracy, including task assignments, timeline adjustments, and project tracking.
  • Business Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing process improvements, ensuring clarity and consistency in procedures.
  • Project Management Tool Support: Help with setup, maintenance, and updates to PMO project management tools, ensuring proper configuration for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Follow-Up on Action Items: Proactively follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of action items and project deliverables.
  • PMO/Operations Backup: Provide support as needed, including backup coverage for operational processes such as shipping.


Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or business operations, preferably in a technical, engineering, or information services environment.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in a technical or business operations setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and departments.
  • Basic project management knowledge, with a willingness to learn new tools, technology, and terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Salesforce and NetSuite experience a plus.
