We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Parsons Oman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate office operations, including scheduling, meetings, and appointments.
  2. Develop and implement effective office procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  3. Work closely with the HR department to maintain office policies and procedures.
  4. Coordinate with the IT department to ensure seamless office technology and equipment functionality.
  5. Supervise and mentor office staff to achieve their full potential.
  6. Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees.
  7. Purchase and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels.
  8. Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial tasks among office staff.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (10+ years).
  2. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic language.
  3. Proven experience in office management, administration, or assistant roles.
  4. Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and responsibilities.
  5. Exceptional time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  6. Strong organizational skills, including presentation preparation and executive briefing summaries.
