Operational Excellence Coordinator Role

The FedEx Group is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Coordinator to lead our efforts in process improvement and quality assurance. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement quality-driven strategies for process improvement
- Conduct thorough reviews of operational processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Provide training and coaching to staff members on technical procedures and best practices
- Oversee international package processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; high school diploma or equivalent and four years' experience in an analytical role accepted in lieu of degree
- Two years internal FedEx operations package process experience in a Courier Team Lead position or above required; management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
