Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SALTED & SWEET. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
- Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff and evaluating their performance.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform data entry, compile data, statistics, and other information, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Provide customer service, work with the marketing department, and maintain and manage digital databases.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, address customers' complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Negotiate with clients, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and cost products and services.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers.
- Organize and maintain inventory, determine type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures.
- Manage events, set staff work schedules, and develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
Requirements:
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
