We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SALTED & SWEET. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Direct and control daily operations
- Direct staff
- Evaluate daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Office Management
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Train staff
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information

- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Oversee payroll administration
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
