Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Best Yet Transport INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operations team.
