Job Title: Administration Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our team at Reliable Steel Traders Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan office services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor and evaluate office services to identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
