At Big Feet, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, motivate staff, and plan and control budgets and expenditures. Additionally, you will establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies. You will also manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. Furthermore, you will oversee payroll administration, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, perform data entry, and maintain and manage digital databases.
