Job Summary

Fruiticana is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for supervising other workers, training them, and recording minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence and documents
Work Environment

Fruiticana is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be working in a team environment and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and accurate
  • Time management skills
